Well can you believe that this time next week you will be celebrating Christmas? It has come around so quickly that it is crazy. I hope that you have done your Christmas shopping and that you are geared up. Unlike many fitpros or marketers I guarantee that you will NOT hear from me next Friday.
I want to say thanks for taking the time to open my emails, send me positive and insightful messages and basically inspiring me to keep my fitness business going despite some very challenging times this year. Yep that’s right there have been some very challenging times this year but as I was driving to college this year I decided to flip it and think of all the things to be thankful for, which included:
- Creating 2 brand new courses for the fitness industry
- Developed and launched a coaching program for fitness professionals and seeing some launch their first online programs
- Interviewing some amazing people from a range of industries from around the world to deepen my learning and also the members of my coaching program.
- Being interviewed by Lawrence Biscontini for his Fitness Works Worldwide event about Black Lives Matter
- Delivering an online Seminar for BFY Fitness Organisation in India
And loads more. I am definitely not saying this to brag, but maybe to highlight the importance of focusing on what you have done, through adversity rather than the less fun times. I am actually going into 2021 with excitement, and I hope that you are too. Thanks again for being part of my journey and I look forward to seeing you in 2021
So as you know it is the season for giving so I thought that I would give you a very useful resource that you can download, edit, and rebrand to give to your class members. It is called the Christmas Survival Guide and it includes the following:
- Tips on surviving the festive season without gaining weight
- Christmas fat loss recipes including delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options
- A home fat loss workout that you can edit and redesign as your own.
This is completely free, as my thanks to you. To download this document please click here
