As well as learning the traditional information that is taught on Personal Training Courses, we work closely with you to ensure that will be a Personal Trainer with the “X” factor

We mainly offer both Level 2 Gym Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Trainer courses and a number of short Hormonal Fat Loss courses to compliment fitness and fat loss. We employ the best UK tutors who have extensive industry experience that you can draw on when you are on one of our courses. Our courses mainly run over weekends, perfect for students who wish to study on a flexible schedule.

In an age when there are a lot of people qualifying to become a personal trainer, it is important to have that head start. Our Metabolic Effect Courses ensure that you will have that.

As a fitness instructor and weight loss expert, he has coached literally thousands of people across the world and helped them reach their fitness and fat loss goals.

He has come from the unique position of having to battle his own weight loss issues, and still maintain his job within the fitness industry. This presented its own challenges, and led him to research the very latest findings and studies to find a solution that worked for him and the people that he trained.

As well as delivering personal training courses for the last 10 years, he is now a Sports and Exercise Science Lecturer in College, as well as regularly training group exercise instructors and personal trainers on a variety of topics, all with the ultimate aim to make them better coaches and to provide a better service for their clients.

He is author of Crack The Weight Loss Code and he works closely with some of the sharpest educators in the industry, and works tirelessly to make sure that he uses the most up to date weight loss knowledge as well as his 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry to provide the best service that he can for his clients, so that they can get the results that they want.
